Tiny Home Pricing

You choose your tiny home layout:  1-, 2-, or 3- bedroom.  The most popular, easiest and quickest is a 20' container with either a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom layout.

You choose your exterior, cabinet and counter top colors.  

How many tiny home(s) you want, on wheels or not, and if you want 40’ shipping container or not.  This is also where you can choose if you want your home on wheels, if you want a roof over it, and other extras.

With all your choices, you sign contract for purchase of the tiny home with Fix-It-Right Homes, LLC, and services, if any, with Valley Isle Enterprises, Ltd.

The deposit amount depends on what you are purchasing.

If you are purchasing a tiny home with any extras, and no services, the deposit is $10,000 due at contract signing.

It takes approximately 30 days for building your tiny home.   Two 20’ tiny homes must be ordered to start the manufacturing process.  If you order a larger home (30’ or 40’) your order timing may be different.  

$20,000 is due prior to shipping the tiny home.  Shipping takes approximately 60 days from manufacturer to Honolulu.  

Remainder is due prior to the Tiny Home(s) prior to release for delivery at the owner’s harbor.  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE TINY HOME.  Any delay in payment, additional storage fees or alternate delivery fees awaiting final payment will be added if shipment cannot be delivered directly to you from the harbor.  

From order to delivery, the entire process takes approximately 90 days.
